Hi everybody. Unfortunately, I failed at December 2011 exams. I am wondering if and if yes, what has changed in the June 2012 Syllabus

March 9, 2012 at 8:31 pm #94691In the Summary of changes to Paper P2, Corporate Reporting (INT) and (UK) found by linking to: <https://www2.accaglobal.com/pubs/students/publications/student_accountant/archive/sa_oct11_study_guides.pdf> , page 7 it is stated that, “There have not been any additions or deletions to the 2011 Study Guide for 2012. However, there have been minor amendment to the wording of some of the study guide outcomes corresponding to changes within examinable
documents. Can anyone explain what are the changes within examinable documents please?
Thanks

April 29, 2012 at 10:03 am #94694hi, I have same question – e.g. I noticed from other comments that corridor approach has been abandoned but I have it in the 2011 study book from Kaplan… any other changes?
May 22, 2012 at 3:31 pm #94695Corridor approach changed?
IAS 27 changed to just Seperate Financial Statements
IAS 28 covers Joint ventures as well as Associates
IFRS 10 Consolidated Financial Statements
IFRS 11 Joint arrangements
IFRS 12 Disclosure of interest in other entiries
IFRS 13 Fair Value MeasurementI was hoping for someone to point out all the changes affecting the 2011 course notes by the update of the above standards. Anyone?
