Hi Mike, so here’s the situation I find myself in. I’m signed up for P2, but over the past 6 weeks when I should have been preparing I was firstly sick for a few weeks, then had to travel unexpectedly for work. So with 9 days to go my knowledge of P2 is what’s left in there from F7. I know my chances are slim here, but seeing as I have paid for the exam I’m going to sit it. I can probably squeeze in 40 hours in those 9 days. I know I’m taking the proverbial here but any suggestions as to make the best use of those 40 hours?
    Regards
    Pat

Consolidations (F7 fly through first followed by P2 course notes, chapter examples and maybe one or two past exam questions if you have time)

Then READ (just READ) past exam answers to questions 1 (parts b and c), 2 and 3 – and read those answers as many times as you are able

Over and over again. Maybe go back to consolidations again as a way of breaking up the monotony of reading – though personally I feel that you might welcome reading as a preference to consolidations!

A revision kit / exam kit from a reputable publisher should be so well used over this next 9 days that it will be in no condition to be sold on after the exam

Don’t despair at the length and detail of the suggested solutions. Just accept that even the very best prepared student will not get anywhere near the standard of those answers

If you’re at all religious and have any hint of a belief in divine intervention, then maybe much of the above recommended work could be done on your knees

    Hope that helps

Thanks so much Mike. I’ve got through some tight ones before with the help of OT so fingers crossed!

I think you’ll need more than your fingers crossed!

But I hope it works as well for you next week as it has apparently in the past
