    Hi,

I have opted for P2 UK version however now struggling to choose the book. Can someone please suggest which book has better coverage of UK syllabus?
I had few friends who told me that no books cover enough UK syllabus and they found the question completely out of the book?
I also read on BPP website about additional supplement for UK syllabus but what if I don’t want to buy the text book but just the supplement?

    Please suggest.

I assume that you could buy the supplement separately …. but why would you? You will still need a book and, if you bought say Kaplan’s text, then the BPP supplement wouldn’t help because the supplement refers to the relevant sections of the BPP text.

I cannot imagine what your friends are telling you! Where a publisher publishes a text book apparently covering a syllabus, what makes you (and your friends) imagine that the text doesn’t cover the syllabus?

My most recent experience with a publisher’s material was with a Kaplan P2 exam kit (revision kit). Within that there were questions and answers for the international stream with around 10 alternative adjusted questions and answers for the UK stream. These were essentially the same as the international questions (not even the name was changed from the international version) but with slight adjustments to the question requiring slight adjustments to the answers when compared with international

As to which publisher’s material you choose to buy, that’s entirely your choice – there’s no way that I am going to push you one way or the other 🙂
