I’m thinking of taking P2 in december 2014 sitting. I want to do either P3 or P4 with it but I’m not sure. So is it better to take P3 with P2 or should I take P4 with P2 ?

Yes, I have done P1..waiting for the result. Why would you recommend P3 ? Why not P4 ? ….Is there something related to P3 in P4 ?
P2 itself is a mammoth so combine it with P3 which has lesser syllabus and burden than P4. Take the two optional papers for June sitting as it has more time to prepare 🙂
You have to have least entered for P3 before you can think about P4. You could either enter for P2 with P3 and do both or ….. you could enter for for P2, P3 and P4 but only turn up for P2 and P4
Expensive …… but possible
You could even enter for P2, P3 P4 AND P5 (or P7) and only turn up for one of them (or two, or three or even all four)
Even more expensive, but still possible
@MikeLittle….So you mean that I must opt/enter for P2 and P3 if I want to enter for P4 ?
Entering for Optional papers require entering for essential ones first?Hi HK, that’s exactly what I mean. The three compulsory papers must be completed before you get into the optionals. However, by “completed” is meant that you must at least be entered for them
A student of mine finished his exams and qualified when he passed F8 – yes, F8. He had kept on entering it but not attending. He had even passed P7 before he eventually entered for F8 and attended (and passed)
