What do ” embedding risk in organisation’s systems and procedures” and “embedding risk in organisation’s culture and values” mean? Can you please clarify on them? Thank you in advance.

embedding risk in organisation means making it part of daily life of all level personnels in the organisation , embedding in system means making internal controls based on risk based approach
