P1 definitely as there is a fair bit of overlap between P1 and F8

F8 and P1 would make a good combination as they both include portions of ethics but the two of the papers are pure theory.
P2 is corporate reporting involving calculations.
If you prefer a combination of theory and calculations — F8 &P2
Otherwise, F8 and P1 will have some common concepts
