explain how it conflict with duty of uphold public interest..is it this Q we should write about the fiduciary duty and conflict of interest..all is about the duty of agent right?

Baically just state how the ‘public’ will be disadvantaged by this behaviour, e.g. could cause lower profits which affect shareholders, not giving all companies an equaly right to bid etc. It links to the fact that one of the primary objective of any professional is to act in the interest of the public.

question 4 was pretty much F8!

thought it was a good paper (and the people asking about the Kohlberg stuff – there were three people in the case, and there will always be one of each level!!)

    Not this time!!

P1 was okay. the only problem i have was that the questions are too loaded. The open tuition downloads are helpful. Thank you.
