P level and 36 months experience

Please guide me, can I take the P level exams if I have not completed my 36 months relevant experience record?

Yes. Exam progress is not dependent on work experience / PER. You can pass all the exams without fulfilling the experience and PER requirements but you will only be an Affiliate, not a Member until you have completed all elements of the qualification.
