oxford brookes project

i had previously attempted for the project in 2009 but had failed on bibliography section. how do go about amending it. what will be the best thing to do changing the bibliography section where i dont have any other resources regarding the project i prepared back then and also the links of the internet sources i used are also unavailable now. or do i write another project now?
