If an organisation is absorbing Non-Production overheads so the Non-Production Overhead absorbed would be transferred to Finished goods (from there it would be included in COGS in Product Costs) or would it be charged straight to COS (in period costs)?

Non-production costs should not be absorbed into the cost of production.
