Hi
I am using the current study text for the F4 exam and I have ordered a new revision kit. However I did attempt this exam in June 2012 and still have the pass cards. It looks as though most of the topics are the same but I would like to know if it is ok for me to use these?
Do you know if there is anything that has specifically been removed or added within this time that I should know about?
Thanks
The law itself hasn’t changed and the amount of law that has been removed – well, that little bit of unnecessary extra knowledge isn’t going to hurt you
The Bribery Act – is that in your 2012 material? And treasury shares? I can’t remember any more than those two additions
Deletions include Human Rights Act and court systems – tribunals but there was never very much about those anyway.
Hope that helps
Both the Bribery Act and Treasury shares are included. I looked up something that you posted on these topics saying that they were added for the June 2012 exams which is the sitting that these pass cards were designed for.
Thanks for letting me know about the updates. As I said most of my studying is being done with the up to date text books but I thought that I could read these cards on the way to work.
At least now I know that they are still of some use!
Thanks
You’re welcome
