In the Companies’ Act 06, there are some references to controls over directors. (BPP book)
For example, CA06 ref 188 says how directors’ contracts > 2 yrs to be approved by members.
The ‘references’ are too many to memorise according to the numbers appointed to them.
My question: Do I need to learn all these controls by their numbered references? They won’t come up in a question which asks:
‘Of the following, what does CA06 ref 204 refer to?’ or something. Will they?Uh I apologise if I’ve asked the question in a confusing manner.

What is this? An exam to test your appreciation of the law or a test to establish you memory capacity?
