Other Chapters

Hi Anne The recordings were done over the entire length of the courses that I used to teach on (four and a half days) so we had to concentrate on those areas most likely to come up in an exam. The remaining chapters are important but are the ones that I believed to be the subjects most easily self-studied. It is planned to complete the lectures at some time in the future - it's just not likely to happen in 2015 Sorry
