Hi!!
I can see only 16 chapters as lectures. What about the remaining 16 chapters that are given in the notes?? Thank you very much!!Hi Anne
The recordings were done over the entire length of the courses that I used to teach on (four and a half days) so we had to concentrate on those areas most likely to come up in an exam.
The remaining chapters are important but are the ones that I believed to be the subjects most easily self-studied.
It is planned to complete the lectures at some time in the future – it’s just not likely to happen in 2015
