OT notes vs OT lectures

Hello sir,
having gone about four P3 lectures and notes via OT I have come to realize that these are same. May be so that people learn as per their preferred method.
So is it like just in the beginning or the OT notes and OT lectures are same for the rest of the chapters too?

They are not the same. They cover similar material, obviously, but the lectures can often add additional points or explanations.
