Regarding example 3, Forex loss on goodwill is OCI. How could it can be included in the retained earnings not in the other component equity?

I think most companies would use OCE – but SBR isn’t really concerned with reserves – as long as you can have a stab at calculating XD and stating that it goes to OCI
