Hey John,
The Sept 2018 One Stop Car Co ( OSC CO ) asks us to calculate one performance indicator for each dimension and some of the indicators I’ve calculated are different from the suggested ones in the solution. Could you please tell me if the ones I thought of are acceptable answers as well ? There always seems to be more than one right answer for these questions.
Competitveness- % of jobs from repeat customers
Quality- scoring in feedack forms ( i do acknowledge that there isn’t anything to calculate here but will the feedback % as is from question suffice ?)
Resource utilisation- amount of revenue earned per hour ( the one i’m least confident about )

Resource utilisation – certainly not OK. How much revenue they earn is not directly related to how well (or badly) the make use of their resources.
