Hello,
I became an ACCA member in Jan 24. I have access to a copy of my diploma by logging to MyAcca.com.
However, i have not yet received original diploma. I shared the issue to ACCA which issued the email twice to my current adress abroad (i doble checked that adress is correct). Then, i requested ACCA to send it to another adress (family house) in another country. But still, not delivered.
Has anyone face delivery problem ?
I resquest ACCA to deliver the mail with a tracking number in order to be able to check the status of the delivery. But ACCA refuses it, and only sends it via normal mailing.
Do you know from which country it s sent (The UK i guess) or if there is possibility to pick up the original diploma directly in their office ?
In order to be able to register to CPA equivalence in my home country, i must obtain and provide the original diploma to my local CPA organization.
Thanks in advance.
I did not know that ACCA still issues diplomas. I thought all were only available through myACCA, as it says here https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-results/types-of-certificates.html
“The certificates are official documents and can be downloaded at anytime from myACCA.”
Have you tried delivering what you can download to your local CPA organisation? I would have thought it should suffice since anyone can check the credentials of a member by looking them up in the directory of members.
Remi, there is a post addressed to you here https://opentuition.com/topic/equivalance-international-diplomas-and-acca
