A company manufactures different products (Machine and Industrial Equipment) and sell them across the USA, Europe and Asia. which organizational structure is it most likely to use?
A matrix structure could work well based on products and countries. Also, divisional would work with a division for each country. It depends on the variety of products. Are they, for example just like different models of car or is it more like cars and lorries which are very different in term of manufacture a and marketing.
