What is difference between private company limited Ltd and limited liability partnership LLP?
Both enjoy limited liability, but a Ltd Co has shares, more of which can be issued whereas a LLP does not (and cannot be quoted on a stock exchange.
Ltd Cos pay corporation tax on the company’s profit. In LLPs , the partners are self-employed and pay personal tax on their profit shares.
Thank You sir.
