Hi Sir,
Sorry for posting wrong at ACCA forum.
May I know in what situation we can issue ordinary shares that comes with no voting right??
Is it legally accepted to do so?? Any law mentioned it?
However, even though it may not relevant for f9, but just to hope to gain an undestanding more about ordinary shares.
Thanks Sir
It is up to the company to decide if they want to issue shares with no voting rights (subject to the approval of the existing shareholders).
With regard to the law, you need to ask in the LW forum – Paper FM (it is not longer called F9) will not examine you on the law.
