If management of a company wants they can choose not to pay any ordinary dividend at all despite payment of preference dividend?
Or it is compulsory to pay the ordinary dividend after paying preference dividend?It is up to the company to decide whether or not to pay an ordinary dividend, and if so then how much. It is not compulsory.
