Hello sir,
Could you please help me clarify this:
Reappointment of directors/ reappointement of auditors in an ordinary business context for annual general meeting ,what does it involve or maybe doesn’t involve?
The secretary, acting under the order of the board, will put an appropriate resolution on the agenda for the meeting and, when the time comes, the Chair leading the meeting will propose the resolution to the assembled members
They vote and Bob’s your uncle, the director / auditor is appointed for another year
