Hello sir..
I am confused about operating statement under absorption costing and under marginal costing.. can you plz tell me these topics are tested in f5 exam??
or not a part of slybus now..They are assumed knowledge from Paper F2, but the examiner for F5 has said that you will never be expected to produce a full operating statement.
Individual variances from Paper F2 can appear in F5, but most of any F5 variances will be testing the more advance variances (such as planning and operational variances) which I work through in detail in my free lectures.
