Hello is operating statement covered in the lectures? I have been through all lectures on variances.
The examiner said several years ago that you will not be required to produce an operating statement in Paper PM although it is mentioned in the lectures on basic variance analysis. There is little in the exam on basic variances – almost all variance questions in PM are either mix and yield and planning and operational.
