My question is how can 11 months be because from 1 Jul 2018 to 5 Apr 2019, there are 10 months only when rent received in adfvance. so why does the answer is showing 11 months?
It was 1 July when the NEW tenant moved in – there was an existing tenant at the start of the tax year – read the question carefully and do the calculation again
yes there was an existing tenant who didn’t pay for a month. now I have got my answer.
