May i ask whether the opentuition notes P3 for June 2014 has cover the syllabus set by examiner?

Pretty much, but obviously because they are shorter not in the same detail as, say the BPP text. You have to supplement the note by doing question and see the article on this site about F5 and F9 skills in P3.
