Goodnight.
The net cash flows in the lecture for Example 3 in Chapter 8 differs from the net cash flows in the answer to the notes for Example 3 in Chapter 8.
Which is the correct answer?

The lecture notes have now been updated (and are correct) and a corrected lecture is being uploaded today 🙂
