Sir, I had few doubts regarding the questions in the mock.

    1) In the context of the law of agency, an agent will not be liable for the contract in which of the following situations?

A acts in his own behalf but does identify that he is an agent
B has had his authority terminated by the principal but the third party is not aware of that termination
C fails to disclose that they are acting as as agent
D intends to take the benefit of the contract for himself and fails to disclose that he is acting as an agent.

This same question was in BPP exam kit and the answer is C. In opentuition practice questions and in the mock the answer is A.

    2) In the context of a limited liability partnership, which of the following statements is false?

A there shall be one partner with unlimited liability
B there is no need to file annual financial statements with the registrar of companies
C it must have atleast 2 members
D Limited shall be the last word in the partnership’s name

The answer here in the mock is D but A is true in Limited partnership not in Limited liability partnership. Also B is wrong since LLP must file their accounts with the registrar of companies.

    Thanks

1 is already on my list of corrections to be made (and will be made in the near future)

2 I need to look at this one again!

So, the answer for no. 1 = C
    and for no. 2 = B?

Yes, for the first question the answer should be C

Both B and D are incorrect – they will be corrected!
