    Hello Sir/Madam

    I have a question regarding Chapter 5 Example 2 – Capital Allowances Section.

    How do you come up with WDV c/f figire for the 70% Business Use car (2) as £14,720 – as i am confused how to obtain this figure.

    Thank you Jegan for bringing this to my attention – it is clearly the wrong number and is an updating error from when the WDA used to be 8% instead of 6% and I’ve forgotten to change the c/f figure!
    Thankfully the CA computation for the period is correct.
    Grateful for your note and if you spot any other troubling numbers then once again please let me know!
