I am unable to understand answer at the back. Please help.

Labour turnover ratio was defined jn the notes as:

Number of replacement staff/average number of staff

Average = (1000 + 800)/2 = 900

Replacement = 100

LTOR = 100/900 = 0.111 or 11.1%
