Hey guys, Open chat is not working in my end , is it fine at your side… do let me know as I need to get in touch with F9 guys for a quick revision.
We have alerted server provider, and they should restart it soon, try again in 30 or so minutes
Oh, thanks for reply, but I have been experiencing this issue since 3 days now…
Hi , just to let you know, it shows ” Connecting, please wait ” since an hr but wont connect to chat, I have experienced this problem in different browsers at different times and both at home and work place, this is been since 3 days now. Hope it gets resolved.
