Hi John,
So my doubt was in the question to calculate gain under a share-for-share exchange, they have taken the equity value of Opao Co separately instead of the 6720m(equity value of combined co). So aren’t we supposed to use the combined company equity value and find out the price using the same value since we will be exchanging shares of the new combined company for Tai Co shares as done in Sigra Co?
