General ACCAOnVUE system test - error

Hello everyone, I run OnVUE system test for my December ACCA exam and received the following error. "automodedetect" The computer is Lenovo and using Microsoft operational system. I did not have any problems using the same device for the September test and exam. Would you be able to advise how to resolve this matter? Thank you in advance!
