Dear Opentuition mentors,
In one of the financial year of the company I am currently analysing, there is only Form 10-k provided. The usual annual report which has things like “Letter from CEO” was not provided. Will it be ok to state before my ratio analysis, that I am unable to find the Annual Report for that year on the website so I will be using Form 10-K instead along with some justification on why I believe Form 10-k will be sufficient?
