I am currently studying 3 papers (F3 – F5) and because of quarantine, I am unable to buy any hard copy study materials. I’m especially afraid of F5 because of its low passing rate so besides opentuiton (since I’ve already gone through all the videos and tests it provided) I am trying to find any free online resources for practice. Can anyone suggest?

Well, there are resources eg past exam papers available on the ACCA website which you can use.
Here is the link to the resource finder https://www.accaglobal.com/lk/en/student/exam-support-resources.htmlHowever, I would recommend you to purchase an exam kit from an ACCA Approved Content Provider. They are shipping out hard copies and also have the option to purchase e-books.
As you have correctly pointed, pass rate of F5 is low but that’s nothing to be afraid of. For any ACCA exam the more questions your practise, the higher chances you have of passing. Hence, for the same reason I have recommended you to purchase an exam kit.
Also, for OT students there is a 20%off discount code which you can avail for purchasing BPP ACCA books 🙂
