Hello sir I hope you are doing well . I actually want know if we can use one performance indicator for two dimension in a question like in question one stop car . In competitiveness I though to use no or repeated customer as customer retention indicates good competitiveness and for service quality I again thought of using same number of repeated customer indicating customer are satisfied with the quality . Will it help me gain marks or i am not supposed to repeat the indicator?

You will have to tell me where to find the question – I can’t remember the name of every question 🙂

However in general you should not repeat the performance measure for different dimensions.
