Hello, dear Sir
If we own 45% of ordinary shares in the company, but all others at the same time oen 1% and less each, can we say that we have a subsidiary under our control?
It would seem that way, yes. That’s IFRS 10 I believe and it’s effective control – given the disposition of the remaining shares
