There was this question that asked like this

Which of the following arguments would you put forward for choosing an on the job approach??

So for this question are they are arguing about the disadvantage of on the job
Or are they asking the advantages

I seem pretty confused since they said the word ‘arguments’ in the question

” arguments …..for…” = in support for an on the job approach ie advantages.
