– Some organisations are directly controlled by the owner, some by people working on their behalf.
– Some organisations are indirectly controlled by the government sponsored regulator.
Sir, please define the second point to me – What does it mean by ‘indirectly controlled by the government sponsored organisation’?
Any example of such organisation?
Example can be the tax authority of a country
