hi i want to ask about non financial performance (quality)
measure given is 2008 2009
number of complaints 12 46
no of female client visit 8000 6800
no of male client visits 0 6800 (2009 is the year we have started male client haircut)
now the background story is that female clients reduced by 15% because of the introduction of male clients in the same place
and this year we appointed 2 new staff members 1)junior hairdresser for female clients and 1 specialist hairdresser for male clients
2008 2009
no of hairdresser for females 4 5
no of hairdressers for male 0 1
ans)no of complaints increased becuz of the switch away from single gender salon 2)the wage rate paid to new junior hairdresser seem to be well below the wage rates of the existing staff which implies they are in training and could be of poorer quality, they are in a supporting role but if not properly supervised then mistakes could occur
but i think there is a third reason)having only 1 specialist hairdresser for 3425 male staff what if the staff member is on sick leave(accordinf to the question male haicut take less time and are simple as compared to female staff - AuthorPosts
