If a notice displays “High Quality Chairs for £500 each only available for one day” – will this be an offer or ITT? Thanks
I would say invitation to treat since the reference to high quality chairs seems in my opinion like a general reference rather than a willingness to be around on specific terms required to be a legal offer.This is ,however,an arguable point.I am curious as to where you received this question.
