1. If a seller is saying prices as we asked him for his goods say garments and prices is fixed in his end that we cannot negotiate than who is the offoree and who is the offeror and who may accept the offer.?
2. If the prices are mentioned in the price tags of the goods and there is no communication b/w customer and retailer than who is the offoree and who is the offeror?

#1 We are making the offer to the seller and it’s the seller who will accept ( or not )
#2 Again, it’s the customer who makes the offer to the retailer and the retailer will accept ( or not )
