Would like to know if i should include the resubmission statement as the cover page or upload it as a separate file?
Do i need to follow exactly the same layout?
As i notice that i need to sign on the resubmission statement. Does it mean that i have to write on it and upload the scanned copy?

OBU resubmission
NO no signature required. the format is old when we use to sign in manual. when you will log you will get separate slot for resub statement.
