Hi,
Would like to know if i should include the resubmission statement as the cover page or upload it as a separate file?
Do i need to follow exactly the same layout?
As i notice that i need to sign on the resubmission statement. Does it mean that i have to write on it and upload the scanned copy?Thanks.
