OBU RAP Period 30 Results

Alright I talked to one of the ACCA chat operators just now. Pasting the chat:

Hey John. Just wanted to inquire about the delay in results of OBU for period 30?
John says:
I am not able to advise on this as it is Oxford Brookes who release them.
Haider says:
Still, is there any news whatsoever?
John says:
Not that we have been made aware. Oxford Brookes offices do not open until 9am UK time.
Haider says:
And what is the current UK time?
John says:

PLase bear in mind that the systems will be processing and issuing these results right up to 9 am

Ok I am going to ask you a general question, they said the results will be dispatched on 23rd September at 00:01 BST. Has the current time surpassed this time?
John says:
The systems began processing the results release at 00:01 and we have had contact from students who have had the results, so we know that it did start issuing them.
John says:
Regrettably, they cannot simply press a button and block send thousands of emails.
Haider says:
Ahh I see, so it is a results by que scenario. Got you.

Has anyone received their results yet ???

So frustrating to still be waiting but at least I know it’s more people than just me!!!

It’s weird, still no results and just showing old period results.
They should at least disclose a message on the time the results will be dispatched

As a first time submission I don’t have any results to view, or even a results tab on my portal. That gave me a heart attack as I then thought maybe my submission had failed!!!! Found the email confirming submission then found this thread, so now it’s just a waiting game.

It sounds like there is a system’s fault and the whole website has crashed. As normal office hours in the UK are 9.00 to 18.00 there is probably no one around to fIx it. I would leave it for at least 3 hours by which time their IT Support may have looked at it and sorted the problem out.

hey! can any one please guide me, the matter is that today 23 sept 2015 was result date for period 30. But its 12 in the noon but i haven’t received any email from OBU confirming my result and also when i login my OBU page it displays my old result letter and informs me according to previous attempt that my RAP has failed. Please help me should i wait for update-ion or send email to any concern department. P.S i had already sent email to Acca@brooks.ac.uk. kindly guide me.

I just received reply from OBU, hopefully they can fix it soon

I’m very sorry but there appears to be a delay in the results release which we are trying to rectify. Please wait about four hours and then try again”
