I would love to know if it is possible for me to sit for F1, F2, F3 , F4 ( CBE of course) and f5 and f6 in paper based one go? like for example CBE from January to April and will take f5 and f6 in June.

that is very possible, granted you have the time to cover the materials.
you would however have to pass F1-3 before being able to register for F4 and F5.
