Is MIRR still on the syllabus and are we still expected to calculate it? The method used in june2012 is different to p4 methods of calculating it. NOt sure what to do ><
This is still on the syllabus.
The calculation for P5 per the BPP study text is:
(PV Return Period/PV Inv Period)^(1/n) x (1+i) – 1
Should be relatively self explanatory but you should get the same answer per your P4 method and the method above.
