Would NPv and irr would give same answer if it is same conventional cash flow???
It depends what you can by ‘the same answer’!
If it is simply a question of accept or reject, then yes – they will give the same answer.
If on the other hand you are trying to choose between two projects, then the best is the one with the highest NPV. That one will not necessarily also have the highest IRR.
