Sir please tel me that the below paragraph is correct or not? If anything is wrong in it then please rectify
If causual link is broken due to intervening act then defendant will not be liable for any lose caused after intervention..That is
1.If due to natural disaster loss is increased then defendant is not liable for that increased loss
2.If due to act of claimant loss is increased then defendant is not liable for that increased loss
3.If due to act of third party loss is increased then defendant is not liable for that increased loss
