Hi, the notes and the lectures will be applicable for Dec 19 exam?

They are pretty much ok. There are small syllabus amendments like now including blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. That will be included in the new release of the notes due just after the June exams. However, you will not waste time or effort starting with the current notes and lectures.
