Hi Ch7 notes questions and lecture questions are not matching. Is it cool to assume that Dec 2015 exam there will be no more Corridor approach and the way the interest cost calculate has become different?

And could you please tell me, what were the main changes that made into syllabus since 2011?
That would help me a lot.

    Thanks

    Hi
    Tolulope

I am so sorry. I don’t quite understand what you referring to.

Saruul, it’s not just cool to ignore the corridor approach – it’s a requirement. Same goes for the interest calculation and the disappearance of the UGLY account. And the expected return on plan assets.

In fact, it’s changed quite radically. The notes are up-to-date but I haven’t had the opportunity to re-record the lecture yet.

As for changes in the syllabus over the last 4 years ………. !

The long answer is “No! I can’t tell you the main changes made to the syllabus since 2011! I don’t maintain archival records of dates of syllabus changes! Sorry”

The short answer is much more direct (just 2 words) but would probably offend. 🙂
